Dereferencing invalid pointer will cause SIGSEGV (Segmentation fault / Access violation) system signal and kernel will kill the process before it can do anything wrong. The host name is 130.233.154.182. I have a problem when the socket is open, nothing hapens and it starts a while.I have done the next steps:&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;- I have put internet permissions in Manifest.xml&lt;BR/&gt;- forward the ports with:&lt;BR/&gt;   adb forward tcp:4558 tcp:4558&lt;BR/&gt;- code: &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;try {&lt;BR/&gt;     s = new Socket("130.233.154.182", port);&lt;BR/&gt;    &lt;BR/&gt;} catch (IOException e) {&lt;BR/&gt;     e.printStackTrace();&lt;BR/&gt;  }&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;What am i doing wrong?
